New Smart Turn Off COMputer 3.6.8 to be released by the end of November after the final testing for compatibility with all major Windows © versions (Windows 98 - Vista ©, 64-BIT editions included).

Some new things in 3.6.8 version:
- clean-up and privacy protection facilities enlarged and enforced
- compatibility with most popular Internet browsers like Chrome, Flock, Internet Explorer, Maxthon (MyIE), Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, Opera
- separate clean-up and privacy protection settings for each browser
- internal shredder conforms to US Department of Defense "Clearing and sanitizing standard DoD 5220-22M"
- separate shredding settings for Recycle Bin, temporary files, Internet temporary files, etc.
- new SM LookA agent (SMLookA.exe) will help to most busy users... (all tips will be available along with version release)
- SM Timer (SMTimer.exe) just a bit changed and optimized
- "Exit" work mode changed to "BackUp" work mode and executes backup only.

If you renew a previous installation all software setting will be restored after the first program start. Please be attentive while downloading, if you currently use "Smart Turn Off COMputer", you should download the same installation file.

"Smart Turn Off COMputer 2.6.7" and "Smart Turn Off L 1.2" have their own timer now. The timer works as a separate free software (SM Timer) and can operate as independently as well as in co-operation with Smart Turn Off. Read more about freeware SM Timer (Smart Turn Off Timer) features in manual.

If you need a free PC shutdown timer, feel free to use it after download a setup file.
